Return of Public Stores

Description

Encloses a return of public stores that may be wanted for the department, including tents, kettles, knapsacks, canteens, cartridge boxes, etc. Reminds Hodgdon that when two companies are deployed to South Western Pennsylvania to quell a riot, there were not enough musket cartridges in store to supply them.
