Sir
I have drawn on you this date for five
hundred dollars in favor of Anthony Foster
Co. Payable to them or order at thirty days
sight, being for value received of them in
Specie, and is to be appropriated for the
use of Recruiting the Fourth United States Reg'd
and having passed the same to the Audit
of the Treasurer. Request the Bill meet
your Concurrence
