Be pleased to deliver to Captain Matthias Barton Sixty eight stands of Arms and Accoutrements, manufactured in the United States, also Six Serjeant Swords and Belts, and sixty eight Knapsacks taking his receipt to be accounted for or returned at the expiration of the engagement or other discharge of his Company pursuant to the third Section of the supplement to the Act authorizing the President to raise a Provincial Army.
Captain Barton will deliver you a few Muskets Bayonets and Cartouch Boxes which you will be pleased to receive into the public stores
