Requests Review of Edward Butler's Accounts
Description
Report of Captain Edward Butler's accounts with accountant's report. Assumes that Butler drew money from the paymaster, the tent master, and the quartermaster to discharge duties from Commander-in-Chief. Assumes expenditures of accounting office with each department. Believes both accounts should have been settled with army officers who made the advances. Requests further consideration.
