I have the honor to transmit to you the Report of the Secretary of the Treasury, stating the permanent Revenues and the permanent Expenditures of the United States, - his general statement of Receipts and Expenditures, and the Report of the Committee of Ways and Means - The Return of Military Stores &c made by the Superintendant, the Commander in Chief keeps - and a copy of the above Report of the Secy of the Treasury is also reserved.
Enclosed is a letter to the Superintendant of Military Stores &c which the
the Commander in Chief has directed me to write, requesting that he may be furnished with three of four blank books for recording his Military letters &c -
