Sir,
As the Woollen Overalls ordered for Lieut Many at Dover and Lieut. Knight at Chester Town Maryland have not as yet been sent you will consider the former order so far as relates thereto to be superceded.
You will be pleased to deliver to Samuel Hodgdon for transportation to New Castle fifty pair of Woollen and fifty pairs of Linen Overalls for the use of the recruits under the command of Lieut Many and Knight.
