Craig acknowledges receipt of funds from John Nevill, Inspector of Revenue, and has transmitted a schedule of appropriations to which is annexed an estimate of pay, subsistence, and forage for the troops of the upper posts of the Ohio and Presqu'isle for October, November, and December 1798 and also for the Recruiting Service.
