Certification that $542.25 is due the State of Virginia, being the expenses incurred by the officers of a court martial convened for the purpose of trying Colonel Wells and Captain Caperton and Hawkins for expenses incurred in arresting the ship "Unicorn", an illicit privateer, which sum is payable to John Lawson, by order of the executive of the said State.
