As it is of the utmost importance that the Recruiting service should commence, I pray you to make every possible exertion to comply with the enclosed order. As fast as any Clothing is completed for either of the Places mentioned, notify me that measures may be taken for getting it to its destination, without a moments unnecessary loss of time__
