Description

Reports French prize schooner taken by Captain Decatur, now at Fort Mifflin. Pennsylvania law prevent the ship from going up to Philadelphia, and the ship and the prisoners must remain at the Fort. They will make immediate use of the ship. Requests quarantine orders for prisoners.
