Title
Powder to be Remanufactured
Description
Miller observes that he has the full quantity of powder on hand that was rejected because of the proof and therefore must be remanufactured. Having nothing to do during the winter except remanufacture the powder, he thought it best to discharge the hands until the weather is warmer. If there is a need for manufacturing powder, Miller will be happy to do it. Joseph Davidson will handle his business during his absence.
