Title
Pay of the Virginia Militia
Description
Enclosed are two accounts relative to the pay of the Virginia Militia. Since there is but a trifling difference between the two, Heth recommends that the one marked "A" be used because of the just principles upon which it was made out. He has saved the US a considerable sum by adopting a method of investigation very different from that used by the other states.
