Certification that $694.27 is due a detachment of the Corps of Artillerists and Engineers stationed at Mud Island Fort under Major Lewis Tousard, being pay and forage for himself for December 1797, the pay of Lieutenant George Ross, the pay and forage of Surgeon's Mate John Lynch, and the pay of the non-commissioned officers and privates for November and December 1797.
