Description

Richard Allison, late Surgeon General charged with money received of Caleb Swan, Paymaster General. Sundry expenditures for the Hospital Department are settled at the Treasury. Simmons enclosed the receipts for Harrison to adjust, requests a certificate of the sum admitted to enable Simmons to pass the amount to the credit of Allison.
