Description
Simmons requests monies owed to Treasury by Potts. Letter was motivated by the Resolve of the House of Representatives. The balance of the funds owed should be refunded to the Treasury of the United States or vouchers must be produced. Footer notes Potts owes $500.00 for mounting cannons at the Fort erecting on Cape Fear River on November 20, 1795.
