Certification that $210 is due John Nicholson for inspecting and proving swords, muskets, bayonets and pistol barrels and the parts of small arms and pistols and examining arms to be repaired and inspecting them when repaired to be used in Philadelphia or sent to the armorers at New London, and Springfield Massachusetts from May 10 to August 10, 1797.
