Description
Mentions documents that will be credited to McCall's account. Notification that he has sent the money for the pay of the Army troops in Georgia to Mr. Habersham. Requests that the accounts of retired officers be forwarded to the War Office. Account of Captain Webb, deranged and now appointed a Lieutenant of Dragoons. Notifies McCall that as a consequence of Captain Howell Lewis' resignation McCall is now first on list for promotion to Lieutenant.
