Description
Harris is directed to deliver the following to the frigates as shown:
To the frigate "United States" at Philadelphia: shot for 24 pounders.
To the frigate "Constellation" at Baltimore: hand grenades, sheet lead, and shot for 24 pounders.
To the frigate "Constitution" at Boston: muskets with bayonets and cartouche boxes, hand grenades, sheet lead, tin lanterns, shot for 24 pounders.
To the frigate "United States" at Philadelphia: shot for 24 pounders.
