To accomodate the Uniform Volunteer Companies, of the City of Militia, on the 4th of July, ensuing, I request that you will be pleased to deliver, to the order of Captain Andrew Nelson, a sufficient quantity of powder and paper, to make up, twelve hundred and forty five blank musket cartridges -
