Title

Account of George Whipple

Description

It appears that George Whipple, who is erecting fortifications at Portsmouth New Hampshire, has been debited in the books of the Treasury for a balance of $64.74 due from him in a settlement for mounting cannon. It is now proper that his account in Simmons' office should be closed.
