Description

McHenry has heard that the shot and kentledge cast by Faesch & [Coxe] Company and deposited at Elizabeth Town New Jersey and elsewhere is being wasted because of children and others throwing into creeks. Harris is directed to proceed to the places of deposit, reexamine the shot and hentledge and arrange for the safekeeping of that which is still fit for service.
