Description
Sgt. George Hackett has a warrant showing that his enlistment has expired but he has not been paid for two years. Lt. Steele gave him two month's pay in the amount of $14, so that he can proceed to Philadelphia to settle his account. Steele asks that this sum be deducted from Hackett's account and credited to his own.
