Certification of the discharge of Thomas Fream, Serjeant in Captain Spahm's Company of the 3rd sub Legion of United States as confirmed by C. Brown, John W. Scott, and R. Allison. Fream discharged due to wound inflicted during combat. Wound prohibits Fream from earning subsistence and therefore the aforementioned men deem a pension of three fifths the maximum allowance for disability. Fream must produce two letters from respectable physicians every six months to maintain his pension.
