Description
General Wilkerson has arrived on his way to Philadelphia and Captain John Heth is expected on his journey to the same city with a party including a number of Indian chiefs. Craig is required to equip this party with supplies and horses. Enclosed is a list of lots in the proposed town of Erie and adjoining lots purchased by Alexander Power. Power has offered them to George Balfour who has proposed to Craig and his friends that they join him in the purchase.
