By order of James Scheafe, Naval Agent, Quincy has delivered sundry timber to James Hackett, Constructor of the frigate building for service in the Mediterranean. Quincy has entered account information only in his books and asks Hodgdon to direct the form for keeping the accounts.The Naval Agent expects a vessel from Boston to receive the timber for the frigate building at that place.
