Description
Among a number of other concerns, Rochefontaine suggests the adoption of regulations for the delivery of public stores to the officers recruiting or commanding at various posts. Stores should be delivered according to the order of the Secretary of War and every officer thus provided should account immediately to Hodgdon for deliveries.
