I certify that there is due to George Moore and Richard Glover, Spies ordered into service by Isaac Shelby, Governor of Kentucky for the protection of the Frontier of Logan County said State the sum of One hundred fifty three Dollars & thirty six Cents being for their pay from 1st March to 31st May 1796 inclusive, which sum is payable to Meeker & Cochean Substitutes to Robert Barr Attorney to the said George Moore and Richard Glover.
