Sohier (deceased) late a Lieut. in the service of the U.S. the sum of Seventy Nine Dollars & 81/100 Being the Balance of his Pay as Lieut & Adjutant from January the 12th July 1792 the day of his death which sum is payable to Samuel Emery Attorney to John B.
