Nicoll at Fort Tamm[any] to deal with court martial of Capt. Eaton. Fort Washington at Point Peter still not garrisoned. Hawkins informed Nicoll's he should speak with the Secretary of War on matters related to the latest treaty with the Creek Indians. Nicoll's stated the Creek were peaceably disposed and the government should not stir them into a warlike mood.
