I certify that there is due the following detachments of militia stationed on the Wilderness Trace in the State of Kentucky called into service by Isaac Shelby Esqr Governor of said State for the periods below mentioned viz:
Lieut David Logans detachment from Jany 1-1795 to Jany 1 96 the day they were discharged . . . . . . 1,694.76
Joel Collins do do do 1,335.12
John Ballinger do do do 1 694.76
also that there is due LieutDavid Logan, Joel Collins and John Ballinger for Ammunition furnished their detachments for the above periods the sum of --- . . . ... .. .......... 140.- ______

Amounting in the whole to four Thousand eight hundred sixty four Dollars and sixty four Cents which sum is payable to their attorneys Messrs John Clifford and William Turner Dollars 4,864.64 William Simmons The Secretary of War
