Dear Sir,
I am favord with yours of 25th Ulto &
note what you say Respecting the Algerine Treaty I have always
been of the Opinion that the only way to keep him in Order is
to let him see you have forces to compell him I therefore hope
that Fraigate will do on &that I shall see you here as Constructor
tho for your own Interest Rahter see you in the private line
I will direct Mr. Herbert to make the Return you write
for which can very easily be done as little has come in_
I obsevrve the draught is done here no doubt but is verry
Compleat Should like to see it.
