Sir
I have just time to acknowledge the receipt of your
letter of the 15 instant together with its accompaniments-- you have enclosed a list
of the retained Bounty due the men enlisted by Capt Richard S. Blackburn which you may
pay out of any unappropriated Monies in your hands-
I am sir (indecipherable)
