Madam
Agreeably to the request of the Secre.y of War you will
receive from Nath.l Gorham Esq. Super. the sum of ninety Dollars being on account of
the pay of your husband Capt. Rich.,d H. Greaton for which sum you will sign
duplicate receipts. -- I am (indecipherable)
