I Certify that there is due to Capt. Cornelius R. Sedans and the Men under his command the sum of One hundred forty Six Dollars and Seventy Cents a for his and their Pay for the month of December 1795 for which sum the said Capt. Sedan is to be accountable for the due application thereof-William Simmons Dr 146 70/100 The Secy of War
