In response to Cox's charges against him, Captain Kalteisen has requested a Court Martial to investigate his conduct. A Court of Inquiry brought the charges against Cox that were read during parade and have no relation to the charges that Cox brought against Kalteisen. Bot officers will be accorded equal justice.
