Title

Court Martial Defence

Description

William Cox insists that he needs more time to prepare for his Court Martial because the papers he needs for his defense are being forwarded from South Carolina and they probably will not arrive until the Spring. He asserts, therefore, that he is not subject to the same justice as is being provided to Captain Kalteinsen.
