Description

Deposition of Jacob Heyer in which he attests to the fact that three of the four boxes of muskets shipped on board an Albany sloop were uncovered leaving the muskets contained therein in bad order. Hodgdon refused to receive the boxes until they were covered which was done in a rough manner under the orders of Captain Sedam.
