Description
Capt. Tousard delivered money to Fleming with instructions to have it deposited into the Bank of Philadelphia in his account. Fleming requested that he keep Tousard's money and the sum Fleming requested for contingent expenses from the Office be deposited to the account of Tousard. Doctor Lawton received a receipt for money delivered to Fleming.
