of fix his eye upon an officer suitable for that particular command

he now consents to the measure contemplated

send orders for marching the troops which I propose to assign to that service
they should be able to make the establishment independent of the assistance formerly expected from the state of Pennsylvania
informed me that provisions for four months for the troops intended to have been raised by the State have been transported to Le Boief
I shall depend on these supplies for the troops of the United States now to be ordered to Presqu' Isle.
