Orders that no troops should be detained in Pittsburgh, despite want for stores. All troops should be forwarded to General Wayne with all expediency. Noted that clothing were sent from Philadelphia and that there was already a considerable quantity of clothing in store at Pittsburgh. President gave approval to reengage militia for additional six months.
