Sir,
Your letter of April 15th enclosing a form for keeping the Accounts of the Frigate, I received by Mail- Your favor of the 16th [?] making known to me your further instructions came duely by hand-
Agreeably to the forms received I now enclose you my return commencing Decr. 20 1794 & carried forward to April 30th 1795- together with a memo. of sundries which had been placed in the yard by Jacob Sheafe[?] Esqr. Naval Agent.
I have also enclosed you James Hackett[?] Constructor,s Receipt for articles delivered him by me.-
