Description
The articles to be issued from the public stores for the frigate building at Philadelphia are so numerous that it will cause inconvenience and a loss of time for the Constructor to apply to the War Office for each order. Hodgdon is therefore directed to deliver the articles immediately on the order of Mr. Humphreys, the Constructor.
