The Treasurer has remitted to Nicholas Fish Esq. to be transmitted to you the sum of Three hundred ten dollars & ninety Cents, being for the pay of yourself and Recruits for Jany. Feby. & March 1795, for which sum you are Accountable for the disbursement thereof agreeable to the inclosed Receipt Roll__ It is intended that for the future the officers must make out their own pay rolls, & transmit them to tis office accom= panied with the Muster Rolls every two months when tey will be examined, the mone trans= mitted through the usual channels __ I therefore enclose you a pay roll to the last of March amounting to the above sum, which will serve you as a form in future
