Edward Carrington, Supervisor at Richmond, has been instructed to transmit sums for the following purposes: the balance of Blackburn's pay from the date of his acceptance through December 1794; the pay of Cadet John Saunders for the same period; the pay of the non-commissioned officers and privates of Blackburn'sdetachment for the same period. The muster should include the late Captain Lee. The muster roll should include the different corps and company to which each recruit belongs.
