Description
The Treasurer has remitted to Gorham sums to be used for the following; the pay of Captain William Eaton, Ensign Benjamin Rand, and the non-commissioned officers and privates under their command at the rendezvous at Springfield; the pay of Captn Samuel Nicholson of the frigate docked at Boston. Enclosed is a list of recruits that were enlisted in 1794 for which pay was not transmitted and for which an accounting is required.
