Description
Captains William Lewis and Benjamin Price have been directed to begin recruiting for the Legion. Lewils will rendezvous at Hagers Town and Price at Frederick Town. Each officer should be furnished with sufficient equipment for marching with fifty suits of clothing including two for sergeants and two for musicians.
