Title

Bryant Writing Hodgdon about Howitzers

Description

Bryant encloses the return of ordnance and military stores for December. He informs Hodgdon that the carriages for the 5.5 inch howitzers are nearly finished and work has commenced on the carriages for the six pounders. A 5.5 inch mount that was returned has been proven fit for use and it will be provided along with files due to James Byers' being yet to fix his works. Bryant also mentions that it would be beneficial to have another well dug as the current one is too far away from the barracks.
