Description
Jones informs the Secretary of State that his jouney has been delayed because of the insufficiency of the travelling apparatus he was provided in Philadelphia. Neither the carriage nor the hired horses were suitable for the journey. Both the replacement carriage and the replacement horses are more suitable and are available at a more frugal price.
