Description
Examination of John Bevin, a drummer in the 24th British regiment, commanded by Colonel England. Bevin says that there are now four companies of the regiment at Fort Miami, averaging about 50 men, together with about 60 Canadians, and additional Indians. There are four nine six-pounders, two large howitzers, and six six-pounders, mounted in the fort.
