Herewith is enclosed a Return of up to 1st April 1794 Together with a Report of Whiskey recd of the agents of Purchases; forwarded to the several post & Issued at Pittsburgh up to the 17th Instant and in addition to the above, the agents are now delivering a considerable Quantity, which I shall send forward to Fort Washington, as soon as it can be gauged & Marked
A large Quantity of Barr Iron Axes nails &c will be forwarded at the same time a Report of which will be sent by next post

NB. Mr Carpenter the Gentlemen charged with Dispatches for the commander in chief, sett off on the 14th for Fort Washington, Capt Bissell is now here on his way to Philadelphia from head Head Quarters, he is ordered on the Recruiting Service.
